Yeh, I looked at a couple BMC options, and a K&N universal, but figured I'd give this a try.

    New Cooper Road+Trail AT tires.

    CooperRoad-Trail.jpg

Replacing Falken AT3. No real complaints except they only lasted 40.5K mi. The Coopers look good and are smooth and quiet on pavement. Dirt roads tomorrow.
New lug nuts to replace swollen stockers. New tires, new lug nuts make the beat stock rims look extra bad.

It’s not tuned yet, so I don’t have any feedback. The truck is still going through an overhaul should have things wrapped up soon. But idling, and moving the truck in the shop, no issues so far.

Got new KO3s put on my tacoma. Will update with how it goes. From what I read they seem a little better than the KO2.

I have been getting this suspicious vibrating between 15-20 mph and then it goes away. Only when accelerating. I would say 5/10 in strength.
Anyone know what I should check or do?

    I have a 2011 4x4 V6, 4.0 tacoma. 70K miles on it.

It could be the needle bearing (Drivers side) and goes away if you have the 4x4 engaged. It may be that, the truck is especially susceptible to the needle bearing going if your trucks lifted.

Those look super similar to the wildpeaks. Maybe I'll try these next, both my wildpeaks and rubitreks have had issues being unable to balance them out but at least they were good deals.

my stock headlights are nicely packaged and need to go! They are listed on the marketplace forum for anyone who may need. I am very motivated to sell so PM me and let’s work something out. What have I done to the Tacoma? Umm I’m trying to fund more projects :)

Discount Tire price matched the Walmart price so I saved about $40 per tire on the Coopers. Wildpeaks are more expensive and heavier. When I bought them five years ago, the Wildpeaks were a great deal. Now, not so much.

Ordered rear turn signal bulbs and VLR6 resistors from VLEDS in Bellingham, WA this morning with good advice and conversation in their chat line. Those are the upper bulbs, as I replaced the back-up bulbs with VLEDS two years ago. Good words about the automotive industry from AMD today. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9cfbhxsqW84
