    6112 & 5160s with 1.25" lift.

Started hearing clunks when going slow over washboards on gravel roads. Lift has been on for 4 months and hasn't happened until last weekend.

It also clunks when backing out of the driveway. At the point the front tires drop down from the garage pad to the driveway. About 1.5" drop. Doesn't clunk when driving into the garage. I think that's a key difference.

    I already checked:
    sway bar end links
    UCA bushings and ball joints
    LCA ball joints
    Skid plate
Checked for play on wheel bearing
    Torque specs on said areas

The only thing I can think of is both CV axles have a little play in them. I already installed the ECGS bushing.

I'm at a loss. Any help would be appreciated.

Did you torque all items with wheels on the ground? How the LCA bushings looking?

Steel engine skid plate- rubber washer between the plates and atop the spacing posts that prevent the skid from collapsing up atop a rock or when jacked up under the mid plate.

It’s probably the seat on the coil over. It starts to shift after the assembly glue gives, and then minor bumps will start to make a clank nearly every time. I hear it all the time, annoying but harmless.

I don't think so. It doesn't clunk when changing gears. It's when I go over a bump.

I had a clunking noise every time I turned my wheel hard to the left for a long time, forward and reverse. Checked everything and lived with it for a while. All the while, I knew I had a sheered bolt holding the back corner of my engine skid plate. Eventually replaced the bolt and all of the clunking disappeared. I never would have assumed the skid plate was causing it.

I didn't torque lower shock mount with it on the ground. That is something I should try. A little surprised it would show up months later if that's it, but worth a try.
    LCA look good. No play.

Honestly, I've never heard of that. Would it make a clunking noise? What are other symptoms of brake pad slap?

That's what I originally thought it was because it sounded exactly like it. I removed the skid plate all together and drove it. Still there.

Not like that. To me, that sounds more squeaky than clunky.
Initially, I was hearing chirping noises at low speed. So I applied silicone on all bushings and rubber parts around the suspension and the chirping went away. Soon to be followed by the clunking.

I found the problem. One of my sway bar end links was loose. It didn't appear that way when I checked it with tires on the ground, but when I jacked it up I noticed some play.

That's on me. Glad it's fixed. Thanks to everyone for your responses. TW is an invaluable resource.

I had a clunk when turning right and going over a bump, I replaced the right side sway bar link today and it fixed it.
