Been wearing this everyday since 2005. First watch I ever saved up for and bought (105 bucks) Victorinox Basecamp Quartz. Upgraded the crystal to a sapphire crystal after I chipped it jumping a wall, and upgraded the band to a stainless steel bracelet (from the same series but on the higher end watches, found it from a Holland Watch Repair Shop) after the rubber watch band snapped from years of wear. Great Watch!

My Goals to buy the automatic version of this after I pay off my house.

Got my daughter her first GShock. I think she's caught the bug and has been eyeing my 36mm Datejust.

Instinct solar tac 2x solar because 40 day battery is amazing in ems and fire where I can't charge it at night. Yeah its large and I wear it loose for getting turnout gear on fast. Plus the heart rate monitor is on par with our Zoll defibulator at ems.

A guy in work with has one, and likes it. Has a really good quartx movement, and is a tough and reliable watch! Great lume and features. At 45mm, it will be on the larger side of the watch size range, but for a chronograph it's only 13mm high, so it may be pretty comfy on the wrist.

Thanks a lot Chris! The more I look at it the more I like it. I have a 45mm watch now and it’s just slightly smaller than my wrist. So I think the size will be ok, even if it looks a little bigger than the Apple Watch I think it will still look good. Edited with pic of 45mm.
