Hi Everyone. I’m hoping someone can help me interpret these alignment specs. I recently installed Bilstein 5100s with OME 884 springs on my 2007 DC 4x2. The 5100’s are at the lowest setting for the springs. The UCA’s are stock and the tires are also stock 265/70r16. This is the printout I got today after the installation was complete. I asked about the SAI and was told it’s just a function of the lift in the front. Does everything look good to go considering I’m using the stock UCA’s?

I'd prefer to see a bit more caster angle (which UCAs would help with), but what you have should be fine if it drives OK (not feeling like it's wandering).

Yes, Steering Axis Inclination isn't something that is normally adjustable. The parameters that affects tire wear are "Toe", and to a slightly-lesser extent, "Camber". You're good on both.

I run the same setup, my guy got the caster to 2.6dr & 2.9pass.

It took a couple of try's to get a guy who would work with me on getting the numbers I wanted.

It's pretty good, a lot better than most I see on here.

You can't increase caster without camber creeping up so its a compromise.

    It's good!

That’s impressive. This was done at ORW here in San Diego. I wonder if another alignment shop could do better?

Thanks for your input, this makes me feel better about the numbers I got vs what I’m reading here about people targeting 3-4 degrees.

It drives okay. Then again, I’ve been driving this truck since 2007 on the stock suspension and have never driven a lifted truck before. What feels good to me might make a more experienced person cringe lol.

Like I said it took a couple of try's,
first place said they do spec., so I left,
second place looked at me like I had a third eye,
this place said ya what do you want?
I said caster as hi as you can get it, 0*camber, 0*toe.

Maybe check around an talk to a few different shops to see if they will work with you.

Thanks for the input. There is a shop nearby that specializes in alignments. I’ll see if they are willing to work with me.
