Moaar clamps

 

Tiebond III cures pretty fast. It sets un about 20 minutes and after 24 hours and you're good to go.

 

Here's a vertically clamped set up. The angle iron is painted orange so I can find them when needed and the surface that touches the glue is covered in blue painters tape.

 

You should have been at that sale we went to yesterday, dude had more clamps than 3 Lowe’s stores

 

I always give it a day longer, not sure why.

Morning all back to work, had a little getaway with the wife , now back to regular schedule, have a great day

 

Heat index of 102 yesterday, high today is 70.

 

Those K clamps I picked up from Harbor Freight. I stood them on end to keep the small inserts from falling out of the board as I glued them together. The 2 inch angle iron wouldn't fit under the board if I laid it down so in the end it all worked out in this case.

Just picked the fork frame up from powdercoat. They primed it and painted it textured black. Cole and I wire brushed and rattle canned the forks black.

 

Good morning shop crew. I hope no one gets whatever illness is going around here. It sucks. My whole body aches. Friends have had it, my son is getting over it, and now I’m home sick with it.
