Please report immediately to the Toyota Tacoma tribunal for a hearing on the sacrilegious desecration of a sacred artifact of the church of Tacoma. You sir are a scoundrel and deserving of the tribunal's harshest sentence.

Yes, they are. I've got a great trailer but didn't have it with me at the time. The truck handled the load just fine. I wouldn't plan on doing that again though.

1300 miles done. Towed it great, never any bad behavior. Kept it at 60-65 most the way and managed between 13-15mpg the whole way.

We moved from New Hampshire to Maryland last year and I pulled two of those 6x12 U-Haul trailers down, and then a third from Maryland to Florida with all of our son's tools and other furniture we'd been storing for him. Like you I ran mostly 5th gear and with the exception of when I was doing lots of climbing in the Poconos, 15 mpg was the norm. That trailer, with its brakes and tandem axles tows really nice.

Dump run today. I'm still really pleased with the Road Active Suspension. The truck was loaded up, heavy furniture, a lot of metal and old wood also in the bed and no noticeable sag at the rear. And.... the ride is stock comfortable loaded or unloaded.
