Are they too bright with the reverse cam? Do they wash it out? I’m still using the 886 mod & it’s been great but those bulbs won’t last forever

Replaced the connector on my MAF sensor today on my 06 4runner. The retaining clip on the old one broke off last week.

I swore I would keep my daily driver stock since I already have a long travel first gen, but we all know the N+1 syndrome. I inherited this 2006 when my uncle passed away a couple years ago from cancer. I keep his photo on my visor and his sunglasses in the glove compartment. Anywho, I went with the Fox 2.0 coilovers and matching rear shocks on Icon RXT leaf springs for a soft cushion ride onroad. Prepping to gusset the spindles before I take it on a trail. The front bumper is an overstock Pelfrey Built winch bumper hybrid with tube wings. I am a kidney transplant recipient hence the kidney guy license plate.

Don't mind the A.I. backgrounds on the photos. hahahaha

 

How do you like the RTX springs so far? Been thinking about it

 

I like them. I am used to spring under from my other tacoma so these feel a little stiff but compared to my friends' trucks, these are aren't as rough to me but feel really solid.

Thanks! Some cheap ones from Amazon cuz I figure if they get jacked, I don't lose too much money. They work well enough for me. I live in a canyon with no street lights so they come in handy.

I took the door panel off one of the doors. That's an accomplishment. Now I just need to complete the "replace broken glass" phase of today's project.

 

For now I do only because it's the family daily. I will have a better idea once I can get it in the dirt. It's a great budget suspension for sure. With the money pit of my first gen, I may not go beyond throwing Kings on it later. I run Kings on the 2001

 

Oh I also had the driver side turned 8 times and the passenger 6 times to even out the taco lean and get enough lift to clear the tires (265-70-17). My next set will be 285-70s and will crank them up another 2 turns.
