I installed some Aftermarket wheels but they dont have the sleeved or recessed lug holes and the Gorilla nuts only grab half the threads, needs 1/2" more length on lug.
The wheel manufacturer said half the threads are enough, im not feeling it.
Does anyone know the actual length of the factory lug bolts so I can find one at least 1/2" longer?

Did you get the “extended “ style lugs?

Both lug nuts one with the sleeve and one regular.
Wheels do not have the larger lug holes that toyota's sleeved lugs use and because of that the Regular lugs only catch 1/2" of the threads. I need to replace all the Lug studs with longer ones even though the wheel company engineer says the 1/2" is enough to be safe. I'm not feeling that it is.
Having a hard time finding a stud 1/2" longer than stock.
I also had to use a spacer ring on the hub, wheel will not balance right without it.

They do not fit, lug stud hole not designed for sleeved lug nuts and lug stud not long enough only catches 1/2" of the threads. Looking for longer studs.

If the wheel maker can’t tell you exactly what is required for 2024+ compatibility, then you should return the wheels and find a maker that is more professional.

The accepted rule of thumb, is min thread depth equal to lug diameter. The 4G is M14x1.5 = 14mm lug x 1.5mm threads.

    14mm / 25.4 = 0.55 inch min engagement

And if it's hard to measure exactly, then 14mm / 1.5mm threads = 9.33 full nut turns

Keep in mind, that is MINIMUM safety threshold, with potential variance. I wouldn't run 1/2"

The KYO-EI studs are the only ones I know of that make an extended stud.
They were actually made to be used with their 10mm wheel spacers.

They are 55mm long. Note: that measurement includes the splines too. Not just the threaded portion.
I do not know the actual length of the 4th Gen Tacoma Studs. If you really want to be sure, measure yours.
My research says, the SBLC lugs are 10mm longer.

The only US supplier I can find wants $145.00 for 10 studs. https://www.topendmotorsports.com/l...-9lfHrv0ziqFuyV1lJb566Mj7aT-SgxJ4cZ4V4XRn77yr

Ordering from Japan is $7.00 each. - https://www.blackhawkjapan.com/prod...UTyJxAF2bYuvdpLfiUqFU9LdgZ9Fi2WtMeOGqyB52nIZ8
