I wouldn't think it's a waste of time unless you're like 80. I just turned 40, so I'd think 40+ years of not putting eye drops or taking allergy pills constantly would be worth the up front cost/ investment in time.

I was looking into the shots before my now wife moved in with me with her cats. I always thought I was allergic, but I wasn't. I'm just allergic to, similar to the comment above, every possible tree in this state. Luckily, I just take one allergy pill (with my other bin of pills) daily during the spring summer and I'm fine.

@T-Rex266 and other allergy folks feel the pain. Mostly been able to suffer w/ a bunch of over counter crap but a couple years back had a weird reaction going so bad that I had to carry an EpiPen with me. Went through a lot of testing that told me nothing knew and they could get my outbreaks ever to go away even with scripts. Then one day they all disappeared randomly lol. I did laugh at one testing piece, doc said you’re very allergic to strawberries. I was like nope, I’ll get a case right now and eat them and show you the test got that one wrong lol. I hate them, have my meds for sure.

Welp with I-40 closed at the TN border traffic is a nightmare again, which forced me to take the longer route home darn. Found road construction too which made it even longer, double darn.
Nice ride home and extra 10 minutes which was fun:D.:bikewheelie:

Officially tubeless. Went out for a ride and it’s a huge improvement. Was able to ride aggressive right away with 0 slip.

My current mesh is a First Gear Rush Air. Works well, decent pads in it, wear it a lot. Air temp of 100 this afternoon on my ride home from work. It was tolerable.

I'm partial to Alpinestars. You can easily add a tech air system if you want, or upgrade armor as necessary

I had heated gloves but their grip was terrible, helpfully those msr turn out better. I ended up buying touring gloves.

    And f they do suck......at least I didn't spend the normal $100.....so I'll call it a win :D

Nice, but don't get to reckless 'cause ya got great boots. Isolating the ankle joint protects the ankle and of course the foot but any extreme force or twisting is just transferred to the closest joint....The knee. Just like ski boots do.
