Has it always been that way or did you just buy it?

Have you tried adjusting the rubber stops on each side?

Pretty sure it’s always been like this. Bought it recently and just noticed. I haven’t adjusted anything, wasn’t really sure where to begin. The front bit by the head light is the only part misaligned

There is a rubber stop on the left and right of the core support that will adjust the front of the hood up or down. Clockwise = Down and Counterclockwise = Up. Adjust 1/4 turn until you reach the desired alignment.

The more I look at your pictures it looks more like your grille surround is out of alignment.

It might be best before you start adjusting to stop by and have a collision center take a look at it.

That’s didn’t fix it I can’t pin point what’s causing it. The headlight sits a little lower on the uneven side. Not sure if if the grille isnt aligned. Tbh I just don’t have the skills to figure out what’s wrong with it

I think you got something else going on other than the hood stops. Does the carfax show any front end accidents?

It said it was in a minor accident but no details on it. It could have been a little scratch somewhere

Your hood to fender gap is off too. What does the other side look like? If the gaps are good on the other side, I'd bet there's some body shop shenanigans on the passenger side.

I think your onto something. This year TRD Pro trim should have the headlights that say "TRD" & "PRO". Since those are missing and instead have the normal LED headlights from Toyota, I'd guess it had a front end collision that required a lot of replacement parts including the headlights

I suspect it has been in an accident and not repaired correctly. As said before take it and have a collision center inspect it it’s a nice truck worth having repaired.

I don’t get the black paint on the front bumper below the headlight looks like something going on there. I’ve never really paid attention to the Pro trim maybe they paint them that way.

The other side looks perfectly fine. The passenger side has a slightly wider gap in the fender then the other side but the most noticeable part is in the front where the hood meets the grille and headlight

Your probably just going to have to learn to love it. I'm not sure this would be worth the money to correct.

PS: i also think this is due to a front end boo-boo.

It’s like a sticker the covers it, similar material to a skate board cover

Small lift, slightly oversized tires, well...
Nothing on the passenger side matches correctly. I'm curious as to what the fender/door gap looks like. Also wonder about the grille to pumper cover match.

Team I think I’m going to trade it in for a TRD off road. Ngl there are so many issues with it other that alignment. The shocks are messed up the steering tweaks going over uneven surfaces. The body has lots of key and scratch marks in it. The passenger window vibrates going down. Not sure if it’s worth the headache
