Thanks for the info. I ordered the wheels for Black Friday and will be putting them on soon so I don’t want any surprises.

Finally got around to installing my TRD wheels. 265/70/17 toyo open country at3, slight rub on the mudflaps at full lock but nothing to really concern myself over. love the look and this is with a dobinson 2 1/2 inch full lift.

Looking forward to picking up a set of these in gray eventually. I mainly like the color/design but I’m also excited for the offset change from +25 to +4 to get those wheels out about 3/4 of an inch. Subtle change but I like the slight widening of stance.

I have the matte grey ones and 20k miles on mine and the powder coating is flaking off in several places. I've had a lot of aftermarket wheels over the years, and never had this problem before.

    Anyone else?

I have a 21 TRD OR stock, no lift - all the dealer sites and BAM show that PTR20-35110-BK won't fit the Tacoma. Just want to make sure this is the SEMA PN and will fit it?

plan on ordering these wheels soon. currently have offroad wheels/tires i plan on selling when i swap them. what are you guys doing for tpms sensors? purchasing and having tire place install or just have the tireplace install whatever they carry in stock? assuming would be easier to sell current wheels with tpms still intact.

I had new sensors installed (purchased from tire shop) and left the OEM ones on the factory wheels. Added cost but new sensors and batteries and allowed me to sell factory wheels for a bit more--I don't remember what I paid for the new sensors but sold 2yr old OR wheels for $500 or 600

I just did this (back in March), and I just had the tire place move the sensors from my OR wheels to the TRD wheels and plan on selling the OR wheels w/o them..

Sorry for the newb question, but I'm finding conflicting info. Will the 17" trd pro wheels from 4runner fit on a 2wd Tacoma Sport? The dealership says the bolt pattern is different for 2wd, but what I've read on here is that all tacomas (2wd and 4wd) have the same bolt pattern. I'd like to order the 4runner trd pro wheels but am afraid I'm going to end up with paperweights. Can any 2wd owners confirm the bolt pattern?

The PreRunner 2wd shares the bolt pattern with 4x4. The regular 2wd does not.

    Or in another way:
    2wd: 5 lugs
2wd PreRunner & 4x4: 6 lugs (same measurements across both 2nd & 3rd gens--think 1st gens as well but not 100% off the top of my head)

Bummer but glad I asked. Thank you!

Just reread your first post in which you said "Tacoma Sport". Do you mean TRD Sport or X-Runner? TRD Sports are 6 lugged. The X-Runners are 5.

It is a 2018 trd sport (2wd), def 6 lug with these rims. Looking to add the OEM 4runner TRD Pro wheels to my son's truck. Ironically I have a 4runner ORP but no TRD Pro wheels.
