What is this

In my Tacoma 2015 prerunner 2.7L by the 3rd spark plug from the front there is this thing, i don’t know what this is for anyone with info please help

Looks like a waterproof plug for some unused connector.

I've not seen one of those on my 2015 4.0L V6. Perhaps it's something on a one-size-fits-all wiring harness that is used on the 4.0L and not on the 2.7L.

 

Pretty sure thats the noise suppressor for the ignition coils, it needs to be plugged in.
