No, I have less lift now without the spacer. When I put the Blisteins on teh first time I didnt realize there was a spacer on (Im learning as I go here). The problem was the front of the truck was higher than the rear. You can kind of see from my last pic. Removing the spacer and having the 5100s on the middle setting levels the truck nice with the front a touch lower than the back (backs stock 4 leaf). I have bar work on the front too tho which adds some weight to lower the front. Personally I don't like the look of big lifts on 1st gens. I like just enough to look "beefy" and in proportion. Yes, stock springs and just replaced shocks. If I had money I would do springs too. But other repairs take priority :)

I had rancho's RS 5000. Changing them to the Blisteins was the best thing I did. My ranchos were all over the road. Mind you they came with the truck 2nd hand and look like they have been put thru rough life.

If you need tips let me know, ive been thru the process my self now and am happy to help where i can.

Ya i like the look too. You say you put the 5100's mid way, so thats 1.75? Do you have a blocks in the rear too?

No just stock in the back. I think the back still looks good how it is. I guess 1.25-1.75". If you're going to do yours, try to save up a bit extra and get new coils in the front. Definately doesn't hurt to swap the stock ones out with older trucks like ours.

I like mine! The microphone feature is pretty neat but the first control box they sent me, it didn't work. Their customer service is pretty good so they sent out a whole new control box/remote/distribution block and had me send the defective one back. Make sure all the features work before installing them, it's a bit easier that way :)

On the other hand, I ordered a Hayden 678 transmission cooler yesterday from Summit, arrived today at 11am, 17 hours later

Also ordered a Trail Gear transfer case skid plate/crossmember, rubber Hi-lift jack isolator and some shock mounts in preparation for a u-bolt flip in the rear.

Today I replaced my Flowmaster with a magnaflow to clear the Budbuilt tracbar that I also put on. Finished my rear bumper build finally. Oh yea also changed my supercharger oil.
Still have a long way to go before the truck is ready for this summer.
    Hopefully tomorow:
Fox coilovers, steering rack bushings, fluids allround.
the list goes on but thats the goal.
