    Look at that fancy garage! I wish I had a bigger garage to fit the Camry, Tacoma, and WRX in, but I'm kinda land locked in due to setback rules. I just leave the Camry in there as it's the least used.

    There are now 4 cars in there and one outside so . . . .

    I put my BMW outside last week and moved the Tacoma in
    The Taco is worth 4x the BMW and I have a legit cover [water/uv] for the BMW so it just made sense
    I would LOVE to get rid of one of the ex's cars and move mine back in but alas - - - - shit you can't control

    I had to compromise. Was looking at houses during 2021 and it was a dumpster fire. I really needed a 2 bath and garage house, but nothing ever popped up, or I got outbid by cash investment corps. Finally my realtor had some clients that were doing a pre-sale eval and instantly thought of me. It only had 1 bath and a carport, but the price was right. No competition so it was an easy process. I converted the carport to a garage all nice and shit with insulation and drywall and added a half bath. It's tolerable and I make it work.
