I don't need all the garage space - in fact it just made it easier to accrue cars . . .

I got too much space in this house - and too much crap, lots of it isn't even mine - it is overwhelming TBH

Luck for me both my grandfathers were very, very handy so I somehow inherited that. I could have never afforded to do the stuff to my house if I couldn't do it myself!

My house is just big enough. 1200sqft 3br 1.5ba. It'll be just me in the end so I don't need nothing more than that. Just more to clean

That's gonna be a cluster F. Meanwhile they're STILL working on continuing Halfway to Greencastle Pike. Instead they had been working on repaving Halfway from AC&T to where the new road starts. That was another CF getting out of work
