Good morning Jeff, Jim, Michael, and Rusty (you should be here any minute).

I got the weeds mowed here at the house yesterday, I also gleaned out the gutters on one side of the house. I had cleaned them out already but one side was full of leaves again With all the rain I noticed water was spilling over the side so I called that a clue.

I’ve got some last minute work to do before the ham radio field day this weekend. We will be going to the park this afternoon to get the pop up shelters and antennas set up. A couple of the guys will be spending the night there tonight to keep an eye on things. It will be a good weekend of nerd fun! It is Friday - which means little to the retired except being the last quiet shopping day of the week.

However with the cooler temperatures it might be a good day to get out for a walk, exercise is always more fun with a friend to motivate you, they can lead and you follow closely - on Fanny Friday.

Good morning guys! I hope it was a great weekend for you and we’ve made it past Monday so we got that going for us!

It was a busy but fun weekend at the radio field day event, other than the heat index we had Saturday afternoon. It was well over 100* heat index for a couple of hours Saturday afternoon. Storms all around us drove the humidity through the roof but no rain for us until Sunday when we were braking down (of course).

Yesterday was a babysitting day so no rest for me.
