We're good, just dealing with the terrible two stages and some sweet stages lol. All good though. I'm looking forward to getting more sleep someday haha

Yes, Jesse was the original singer..those are with Howard, who then left and Jesse came back. I've seen them live with both and they are both damn good.

I just talked the wife out of fostering a collie .One dog is enough . We agreed to no more dogs after the last one passed but after 8 months we got KODA. He is 2.5 now .

I could never foster, I would never want to give them up. I'm 0 for 2 in "cat sitting" as it is..

 

That’s the main reason I said no ,we would end up with 2 dogs

2 coworkers of mine did this.

First one was 6 months or so, but after 6 months told me she couldn't take her back because her sister (who she temporarily moved in with to help) was now terminally ill and of course I already loved the cat.

Second one (irony, the 2 ladies were close friends) became homeless. That one barely kept in touch and after a year I was getting to the point of wanting to say what's going on..she called out of left field and asked me to keep her.

First one has passed on but the second is still here..spoiled as the rest of them.

I agree, I couldn't foster and then let them go I don't think... I am thankful for people who are able to though.

 

Yeah, my cat "Kitty" before this one I have now... I was asked to take care of while my friend camped in his car to save money and pay off debt but after so long he was like well I don't know if or when I'll be able to take her back so if I wanted he could take her somewhere else. I told him she was already part of our family so she can just stay here. I had her for 19 years. She went through a lot of life with me....

Fortunately all these folks did what was best for the cats. And yes on both of mine, especially Thug Rose who I still have. When her first human was in the hospital a few times prior to being homeless I would go over to feed and play with her, so I had a bond already. Truth is that human didn't take the best care of her either.
