There are Toyota truck exporters roaming the countryside buying up trucks to haul to Mexico. No wonder I can't find one in a junk yard.

The 10 between LA and Phoenix is littered with these convoys. I cant remember ever making this drive and not seeing them. They always enter Mexico at Elpasso Juarez.

I see them on I-10/I-19 near Tucson headed to Nogales too, pretty much every time I’m on the freeway…

I've noticed that used Toyota truck average selling prices on the auction sites seems to follow the price of gold. Depending on model, one equals 3 or 5 ounces of gold.

 

He didn't care to when he wanted $6k and I said I've got it waiting for him

Then he fucked it up and I bought a bunch of tools instead

I've got a dude that comes by once a month for pest control - he sprays the entire perimeter of our house and yard and more.

Well, some 2-3 weeks back he mentioned I'll be seeing less bugs (specifically ants, I'd see some stragglers from time to time on the concrete) because the artificial grass is in place and we've removed a lot of things 'natural' for them to burrow in and stay.

We've been out in the backyard every day since doing all these improvements and yep, I don't see much of anything at all in the backyard so it really did help.

We still have lizards roaming all over but they're pretty much picking off anything that might be wandering around. We do get mosquitoes in the evening but that's it; I'll put up some candles or the sort for that shit if we decided to hang out there in the evenings.

 

Yea you didn’t even want it for $500 a few months ago . It’s all good though, I wanna keep it for the long haul at this point I think.
