    ... "on Earth"! Perhaps its only (and at-any-moment-tenuous) distinguishing feature.

    But it's actually a great town. It features The Only Bar in The Only Stephentown on Earth (Norte Azul), which is functionally the third place of the town, and has Tex-Mex people drive an hour to have.

    I can be found there not infrequently.
