Anyone hear any updates on Chase? It’s so weird that the guy with the number 1 plate has vanished.

I streamed and every time the broadcast would go to commercial it would be silent except the bikes. Was glorious. Mute takes all sound away and it's not the same. I wish there was a mute talking only!

So I watched the mxGP for the first time, highlights from last few events. The tracks seem very less technical, less dificult. Maybe its bias as the euro guys bash our tracks too. But it looked much more tame. Small sample size but wasnt impressed. 8 motos a weekend between the two I may start watching more.

I feel like the GP tracks are drastically different depending on location, where as US tracks are all consistent in grooming and jump style (big ramps and wide faces). GP tracks are very much dependent on the landscape they’re built on. Technical in their own respective ways I suppose. GP tracks are usually ungroomed, hammered dog shit compared to US tho.

Deegan and Jett are just too damn good. They’re making it boring to watch.

I don't think Deegan should move up, no way he challenges. Should defend titles next year. get back to backs. Then move up. Kid is talented but I just don't see it. He will end up being James Stweart. Kid is very talented, but stuck behind a generational talent. And its not like Jett is end of career like Tomac, he's just getting started.

I do love a good rivalry though.

Also where the F is Sexton. "Banged up" is pretty soft. Separated shoulder or something that can be tricky to come back from would be understandable but "banged up" not riding until 100% is all we get. I stand by he's scared, doesn't want to get his ass kicked.

Kids today don’t wear chest protectors which is pretty crazy. Getting roosted is no fun. Wonder if a chest protector could have prevented the chest injury? Motocross is a wicked tough sport. Guys playing baseball wearing oven mitts running bases so they don’t hurt their precious hands. Motocross hands down takes big balls to be elite. :burnrubber:

my kids go full gear even when putting. granted they are a timid 10 year old and a bonkers 6 year old and mom didn't even want them on bike period full stop.
Id rather them be safe, plus I wish I had a bike and gear growing up so their full kits and bikes are my vicarious childhood :)

I'm just glad he's also so close to the ground!
I'm worried about my daughter, she just turned 4 and already goes hard in her powerwheels AND beats up her brothers. Not on bike yet as she doesn't fully grasp the concept of brakes let alone their application. drive crash giggle repeat. To be fair neither does me 6yo, but she's the princess!

Vialle going to run back to Europe mxgp for 450s next year. Prob smart, he doesn't have the raw speed to compete with Jet and Tomac, Deegan when he moves up. Chase to Kawi, Tomac to KTM. next year shaping up to be a learning curve year for a lot of riders.
