That's your problem right there! You gotta be all up in everyone's biz that is around you, near you, coming towards you, etc. Unless I have a clear path ahead or an exit, I've started backing waaaay off any driver that is acting a bit "off".

What's the worst that can happen? You'll still need to use a tube? When I did mine, I had help from my youngest daughter keeping the tape in place and I was still sure I'd messed something up. 6 months in and they both are holding air just fine!

I think I'm going to order this to make washing the bikes easier:

    upload_2025-7-3_11-37-54.png

I sold my full size pressure washer because it was a hassle bringing it out and cleaning it after and shit, but this might be the ticket. Plus you can use it with 1 or 2 liter bottles for on the go stuff or foam cannon-ing or whatever. And, I've been debating getting into a second battery line (currently just have 18v makita and that shits expensive).

Mostly just trying to rationalize it to myself here  :spending:

Edit: I bought it, should be here monday :anonymous: thanks for the help convincing me guys lmao

    Great point
I went with Ryobi this last time simply b/c they said they were gonna stay with th 18v.....and the selection is insane. I had 12v Dewalt and then 18v Milwaukee before. For my personal uses....the Ryobi has been great. I do try and buy the brushless stuff when possible. The fan has also been great while camping.

Washing the bikes? Never heard of that! :D The DRZ could definitely use one for sure but then it's just gonna get dirty the next time I ride...

Have you tried the misting fan?? We bought one after seeing them at the BC Overland Rally. Just tested it on the back deck a week or so ago. Works awesome.

I bought the harbor freight electric pressure washer for $79 three years ago and it's still working great! If it craps out I'm buying another one, lol.

    people wash their bikes??

Mine are lucky to get a wipe down with a spray detailer once every month or so lol. The most cleaning happens at the chain.

Not Ryobi, but I purchased the Craftsman 20v misting fan for a track day in May, used again in June, it was a total lifesaver. 95-100 degree days, sweltering hot in the desert + hot wind. set up the fan upwind, and let it blow over your face and soak your chest.

made what would have been miserable heat very tolerable.

Sucks water from bucket, or you can hook to garden hose.

When we were at BC Overland Rally last year, it was a scorcher. Multiple vendors had them in their booths. It definitely was drawing people in to help cool off, lol.

From my testing, it used about 1 gallon per hour. Quick google search says 1.1 to 1.3 gallons per hour, so I was pretty close.

Yeah, I was between the bauer line and ryobi. I'm looking for some other things, too. Inverter, cordless heat gun, vacuum, etc., and they were pretty much neck and neck with pricing buy Ryobi just has so many more tools available.

I love the Ryobi handheld vac. So much better than my old dust buster from years ago, lol. I don't need it right now, but I think I may have to get one of their Stick Vacs. looks great.

Yeah, Imma have to grab one of those :D
When I got the first Ryobi tools(they didn't even have the brushless yet), I don't even know if Bauer was out. I have no complaints with my Ryobi....just being personal use things.

I was looking at that a few minutes ago, actually. They have one tool only for $35 I was debating scooping up. Or with battery/charger for $60.

I converted our dyson something or another to makita batteries awhile back, things a monster with a 5ah battery now.

Im done with ryobi. Even house projects ive burned up quite a few tools. Brushed and brushless. I use the remaining batteries for the kids electric stuff but switched to Milwaukee otherwise. I have the power washer and 90° drill left from ryobi
