IMG_1475.jpg I went off roading the other day, those puddles were at least 6” deep. Put it in FWD , drove the long way into camp, you could have made it in anything. Needed to get the truck dirty, cause you know, truck guy

Britton Hill! It’s so tall I got a nose bleed and altitude sickness when I went up it  If I had know you were in the area I would have met you for a beer or coffee.

I started out with a GMRS radio for off road comms then moved into the amateur radio space. The technician license is pretty easy to get and will let you use the repeaters in your area. I didn’t start playing radio until a couple of years ago. Go for it!

I had a great time on my fishing / exploring trip and the owner of Budge’s and i were talking the other morning. He suggested a trip for next year a two night float of the gunnison. Another guide suggested the bighorn I’m going to start googling and looking into these and some others. But my reason for putting this on here would anyone be up for a fishing trip somewhere scenic next summer. We might have a built in guide in this thread as well but there may be blindfolds and nondiscloser agreements involved.

Good morning. Wife comes home tonight. CRAP! Quick, clean the house!

@CVYota - you have to get your HAM license! This way you can talk to someone in South America while your wheeling o_O Actually, the Technician license is easy to get (they all are, actually) and you can use a VHF/UHF radio in the truck for communications. There’s something called APRS that’ll broadcast your position and you can send text (edit: maybe it’s email) messages through the radio.

Whenever I watch fireworks on the 4th of July , it reminds me of the crazy illegal fireworks display on the island of Oahu Hawaii . This fireworks display is all illegal fireworks and only happens on New Years

Filling the dog pool, she’ll drink out of it and stand in it. For a water dog she’s not big on water IMG_1493.jpg
