    Nooooppe I am in between trips for the next few months so it’s just nose to the grindstone for a while to make money so I can goof off in the fall.

    We’re doing Montana and Moab in October.

    You are lucky!

    I'm pretty much a homesteader except once a year, I'll fly to SoCal/LA to visit family. (Ontario Airport...Not LAX!)

    Wife doesn't much care for camping and doesn't like to leave the kitties to fend for themselves...so any activity we do, requires a return trip home by 6pm. lol

    All I got is a Work Trip to Charleston, SC in late August...but first, wife is going to England for her brother's wedding in early August.

    I'll be watching the house for almost 2 weeks (early Aug) so if you guys want to meet up, let me know! lol

    Just got back from Lewes Beach before noon! (Edited)

    Man, the traffic was jam-packed coming into Lewes.

    We departed at 7:45am and arrived around 8:30am and people were already there.

    Able to find parking right away and set up not far from the car.

    The water does not get deep until about 100 yards out...and the waves are mild.

    Saw a dolphin swimming along the buoy line as I came up from a dive!

    As we were leaving, the parking vultures were in full force. lol

    We have the luxury of being less than 40 miles from the beach...so, leaving early works out well!

    We had one grand-pup spend the night and she was comforted after hearing sounds of celebration.

    Luckily, the quiet returned after 10:30pm and we all got a good night's rest.

    Kids are going home today to beat the traffic that would make their journey on Sunday much more time consuming.

    We got some grocery shopping to do today and then later on, spend the evening with our Philly friend & his wife.

    Welp, I ended up doing two shots: Purple MF and Alabama Slammer

    Delayed party time from my bday last weekend.

    We don't stay out late...the two couples that we are get tired early! lol

    Today is meal-prep day...and later on, I'll clean out the litter boxes.

    There's plenty of leftovers that have been in the fridge too long so I'll have to wash dishes/take the trash out too.

    Sounds like a fun day planned. Out litter boxes get cleaned on Thursday nights.

    I should do meal prep but I just make a sandwich the night before.

    Going to pick up Walmart order here in a little while. Would like to give my truck a good wash but it’s to hot and bright for that. The soap, even the waterless wash dries to quick on these hot days. I will clean all the windows at a minimum this week. We’re heading to OBX next week with the truck and bringing the pup.

    I just ordered 8 meals from another one of those meal prep companies. I’ve tried them in the past but I always get sick of them. This will at least give me a break from meal prepping for a weak haha
