    So . . . .

About IKD 2 hr back, we were at 5in of rain and the creek behind my house is a raging little thing, swamp out front
Then the wind kicked up . . .
Over the course of the next hour, the power tried to go out 3 times in various fashions of a tree bouncing on the line
Boom - finally - it didn't come back - so I got soaked moving cars around to use the tailgate to keep the generator less wet and hook all that shit up
They say it'll be back at 2215
Pretty sure that is a lie cause . . .
Still storming like a motherfucker, tried to go out 3x so lots of damage, downed trees and flooding all over

So will Duke power meet their delusional 2215 ETA???
Or will it be sunrise before that shit comes back??
Or maybe somewhere in the middle, say 0420 just for celebratory purposes . .

Also, if the power company doesn't even know wtf happend, how the fuck can they say they gonna fix it in the next 2hr . . .
Tho I will say - no lightning - only rain - IDK if they work in that shit or no

I will say lightning no, rain yes. And the fact that the limbs are bouncing off the lines I have to wonder how far behind the tree crews are. And what the minimum distance is supposed to be on the lines. Also what kind of trees??
