I use mild for everyday driving, typically on regular freeway driving too. I like the medium when I want to get up to speed quickly, passing on freeway, and when driving mountain highways.
I got the tune to fix the shifting and throttle response so mild basically meets my needs.

@Amorak Yeah, I drove a 2016 mustang before and it was a great driver and somehow got better gas mileage than the Tacoma.

Yeah 4cl hybrid is a hard sell especially when it gets slightly better mpg of the previous V6/I4 f the 3rd gen. Without the reliablity.

A client pulls up in a giant 2022 F150 today, non diesel. Engine has 10 gears - MPG is very much not just merely in 3rd Gen Tacoma's zip code... but on the same street! SMH.

No such thing as OTT Tune jumped price. $450 to tune my 3rd Gen Tacoma, $650 to tune 4th Gen.

OTT tunes were never $250-300. You are thinking OV2.0 tunes. Those were available for the lower prices, OTT has always been between $400-500.

You can probably still find OV2.0 tunes for $250-300, but you’ll get what you pay for. An outdated and underperforming tune when compared to more advanced, and more expensive, options.
