After doing a decent amount of reading on the forums, I've seen quite a few people running both of these kits. I'm just curious which of these two kits people consider better. Offhand my observations are that the FatBobs kit is cheaper and comes with rear shocks, doesn't seem like a bad way to go. Is the ReadyLift a better quality kit? Is it worth the extra $100 plus the extra $$ to buy new shocks.

Thanks for the input, I'm leaning toward a fat bobs kit with a set of bilstiens for what I think will make a decent upgrade.

    FatBob's hands down.

Two major advantages over Ready lift.

    - $100 cheaper
    - comes with rear shocks

There is really no reason why to go with Ready lift over FatBobs's...

Real nice...no issues with the brakes...although his speed, power, and speed-o are off a bit as expected...we're contemplating a rear-end gear change as money permits

By the way, truck looks good. My parents were amazing enough to get me my Tacoma, but the upgrades are left up to me. :) Saving up the money as we speak to get Fat Bob's and new tire and wheel combo. Can't wait!
