Idk mine has made that noise at idle with the A/C on for years.
98k mi & Texas summers, hasn't blown up yet. If it's cooling good I wouldn't be too concerned.

At idle. It blows warm and when I’m driving. It’s colder

Then you need to either have it checked or get an A/C gauge set and see what your pressures are.
Could be low on refrigerant, compressor failing, or something else.

That’s what i narrowed it down to and I cleaned the radiator and condenser and it got a little better. But still notice at times the idle difference

I'd want to do that before condemning the compressor, low refrigerant or a restriction in the system can cause it to get noisy as well because the refrigerant carries the oil through the system. If the refrigerant isn't flowing properly neither is the oil.

My ac compressor has been noisy since I’ve owned my truck even with normal pressures in the system. Almost every other 4.0 engine seems to make the same sounds there just noisy in my opinion.

what would you think the issue would be on a 13 model that the air just blows ambient temp. The ac light is on. I don’t know if compressor is actually running. Temp doesn’t change

Need to check pressures to see if there is any refrigerant in the system and what it's doing.

so if the refrigeration is low obviously a leak, if it’s full though what would you think next?

I mean you can see if the suction line is cold with the system running on high, if it is you have a blend door issue but if it's not you really have to see if the compressor is running then if it is see what the pressures are.AC Lines.jpg
