I’ve ordered a couple of grips from them. From my own experience they don’t fit as good as the Talon grip. Talon grip line up better. I can’t tell which type of grip it is from the picture but skip the aggressive grip tape if you’re going to conceal carry. It will tear up your skin or shirt.

I tried the hybrid grip and didn’t like. The silicone carbide or whatever it is keep coming off. I ended up just removing it. The rubber texture is good for carrying. I have no complaints with the rubber texture from Talon or Handle it.

I had them on my G5 and took them off as they were a little aggressive for me grip wise. Other than that they were fine.

Scrubbed some tires, and knocked a dent out.
So a lot of it looks like older gens. Which I guess makes sense, honestly didnt even know they continued producing older gens. Though the fact their cutting some of the 5 Gens stands out.

I can’t imagine 40sw 45GAP and 357sig sells much these days. If I were gonna buy a 10mm it would be the 20sf tho.

Talking with a rep from Glock, he said those models (combined) make up less than 10% of their total sales. They are going to build more of what sells.

Given the design, however, I don't think it would be a major ordeal to start building any of these models again, if the demand is there.

Demand for Gen4 G19 and G19 MOS is there IMO. They just won't sell them to civilians anymore. I have a ton of spare parts for Gen4 so I've resisted going to Gen5. Every time one hits secondary retail it sells quick and a lot of times for as much as a new Gen5 would be, especially when it's MOS.

Edit: Should add that this is what I was seeing a year ago or so. Haven't been watching as closely lately because I eventually found what I was looking for at an acceptable price.

The good news is any one of those models is on your list to buy...prices new are really good...all the distributors are blowing out their inventory and stores are too

My gen 5 34mos is my favorite handgun to shoot that i’ve ever owned. Hands down my favorite glock ever. I find it hard to believe they’ll be gone forever.

My favorite Glock is Gen 3 G30 in .45 ACP the most accurate out of the box gun I have ever shot.

Very nice! Never experienced one. However, my FNX 45 Tactical is pretty nasty accurate…

Glock Sights. My opinion on the factory Glock sights. I’ve heard a lot of people complain and bad mouth the Glock sights. I was always pretty happy with them. Then I thought maybe all these people are right, they know something I dont. . So I ordered high quality tritium sights.for my 17 and my 19. For me at least this was a mistake. I found the tritium was great at night. But for dim light and bright light I didn’t like them. I do much better with the Glock sights. I acquire my target quicker, the sight picture is good, and my accuracy is quite good. For me the tritium sights are to small and in normal light they don’t show up (for these aging eyes) as well as the factory Glock sights. And for night time, that’s why I have weapon lights on my guns. I may be in a minority of one here but am curious to hear others thoughts are on this.

It really depends on your eyesight. The Glock sights have a white outline, making the front post easier to see in the rear notch. Your tritiums probably do not have the white outline. In the absolute dark, tritium are able to be seen, not the white outline.

What is your use? Target, defense, etc. Different sights are preferred for different uses - as with everything...

I use my 17 and my 19 more than my other guns at the range. They are also my home defense and my conceal carry. I’ve put more than 10,000+ rounds through them. Practice/train with them twice a month. I think I’ve used them so much and I’m so comfortable with the sights it would. Take a long time to adjust to different sights
