I haven’t even probed it yet.

Was that an option the whole time?! I'm not really sure what's all involved with the AC stuff honestly

I mean it is, but it’s ghetto. If you go WOT you’ll overspin the compressor, if the engine overheats, it won’t shut the compressor off, if your evaporator core freezes over, your compressor won’t shut off

I mean it’s worked once before, so it’s gotta work again. I checked my fuses for the ac relays I’m using and they’re good.

@Dm93 @caribe makaira is there an OEM that would be prohibiting the stock ac controller from outputting its turn on signal?

    Srry been busy.
Have you checked your inputs to the A/C Amplifier?

A/C Permission signal Pin 7 (Blue) (needs to be 12v)
Coolant Temperature signal Pin 19 (Grey/Black)
    Tach Signal Pin 22 (Black/White)
A Dual Pressure Sensor input Pin 5 (Orange) (Needs to be Grounded)
Evaporator Thermister input Pin 3 (White) (Sensor Ground) - Pin 4 (Black) (Sensor Signal)

Haven’t gotten to probing it yet, it’s been too
Hot today to do much of anything. But I haven’t changed any of those input wires at all since it’s stopped working. Still planning on probing them, but wanted to see if there was any easy low hanging fruit to go after first

I mean aside from power and ground that's the signals required for it to turn the compressor on so one or more must be missing/incorrect, the Lock Sensor signal only comes into play when the compressor clutch is commanded on.

If the ac amplifier was fried, I’d lose all control of the hvac panel correct? Just want to make sure I don’t have an issue there

No the A/C Amplifier only controls the compressor and recirc door, everything else is controlled by the panel switches.

Going back to page 67 here....

Looks like I have the wrong code uploaded to the Arduino currently. Not sure what code is running on it, but not the right one. I'll try and reupload it tonight and see if it magically starts working.

Okay so I got the correct code uploaded to the arduino, and confirmed with the scope that I have the correct waveforms actually being produced on the correct pins of the ac amp. What’s next?

Did you verify the other inputs?

Like permission signal? It’s just 12v right?

Yea that needs to be 12v.

Also check that your dual pressure switch input is grounded, I'm assuming your using a pressure switch for that?

Okay, so my pressure switch wire (pin 5) has 12v on it with the truck turned off. Everything else is good.

@Dm93 when I check the resistance between the two posts on the pressure switch I get open lead

Are you using a pressure switch on that wire? If so is there refrigerant in the system?

Yep I sure am. And actually, I’m not sure if there is. I mean it might’ve leaked it all out, but it should still try and turn the compressor on no? Obviously shutting back off if there’s nothing detected? I recall dealing with that when I had the suction and liquid line reversed on the compressor side of things
