It's weird but im happy for it. Not having the kids this weekend is going to feel so weird

 

It’s not the final initiation - that involves a small order of Crisco (not butter) from Amazon, 2# Green Grapes from the local grocery, and two scotchbrite pads. @amyracecar will identify any other items I forgot, and @SRH will provide the rest of the instructions.

 

When my kiddos were little, my work schedule was Tues- Sat. It helped but Sundays were rough if I didn’t make plans durning the day until they came home later that night. It was definitely weird to have time to yourself.

With that being said, how’s your evening going & how much wine is left?

 

I hate not having my kids, mostly cause when with dad they get everything.dad has no drive to discipline when it needs to be done. As for the wine im on my 5th glass debating on another. Got the boxed wine. New box lol

Oldest is 5 youngest ist 2. Oldest for sure got my attitude. Mini version of me I will say Taking a few days off from work unexpected I was glad for it. But I can also see where being close as we are where the kids are learning habits they shouldn't. But soon the distance will be there. It's hard though when your support system is far away and his family is definitely toxic
