All depends on mileage. I'd do sparkplugs while you're in there. And a new serpentine belt if needed. Coolant replacement kinda goes with the install. I'd also highly recommend putting in the 90* elbow and vacuum line for a gauge when you install, even if you don't think you want it now (you can just plug off the line).

What P/N sparkplugs, and what size is the vacuum line?

Plugs are Denso FK20HBR8. For the vacuum line, match it to whatever size 90* barbed fitting you get. Search a bit in this thread on parts people found useful for that - the room to put that fitting in is tight so not all solutions work.

I'd also suggest getting the port injector o-rings 23291-0V020 (they are more like isolation mounts) for the initial install. And manifold gaskets.

I thought the Magnusun kit comes with all of this stuff, spark plugs, fittings etc? That was my impression, but I could be wrong.

It comes with all of it, but not plugs. You're supposed to use your old ones if they're still good to go. Most of us just replace them while we're in there.
Someone mentioned replacing the belt, but it comes with a belt due to the change in length, so no need for buying an OEM belt.
The suggestion of plugging in the elbow for the boost and afe gauge is a great one....make sure to do that so you don't have to fight with it later if you decide to add gauges.
My personal add to this is a new fuel rail system that one of the guys sells on here. It changes the fuel delivery from a U shape (going in one end and passing through to all the cylinders until the end) to a Y shape (where it fuels it evenly from both sides simultaneously).
Also, look into adding a catch can. I picked up a small one off Amazon and you'd be surprised at the fuel/mix it picks up. I empty mine out at every oil change and it's always about 50% full. The down side of not adding one is that the stuff goes right back into your system and it doesn't harm anything, but it coats the fins of the intercooler degrading the performance of that section.

Feel free anyone to correct me if I'm wrong everyone. These are all opinions. ps. get a custom tune from one of the companies also....SO much better than the factory magnuson tune. IMHO.

Any more info on the fuel rail? I got the plugs and already have a catch can.

One correction, yes you do want a new OEM serpentine belt, for any 3rd gen. The belt for the kit is added in front of the OEM belt, and replacing the OEM belt after SC install, will require considerable additional effort. Depending on current miles, you may consider new idlers and adjuster too (adjuster only if you are in road salt). to be clear, the provided belt in the kit installs in front of (blocking/trapping) the stock serpentine belt; and only drives the SC. OEM serpentine remains in place to drive all other accessories.

Additional comment on the catch can, what was expressed is pretty accurate, BUT worth mentioning; motor oil is very low octane, so consuming any amount of oil promotes pre-ign problems. given this, I would not exactly say that consuming this oil vapor does zero harm. It narrows the safety measures slightly, regarding efforts to prevent pre-ign. This is sort of identical to what the replacement fuel rails provide. The stock fuel rails make the passenger side cylinders run slightly leaner, so any tune artificially makes the drivers side slightly richer than necessary, to ensure warding off pre-ign on the leaner passenger side. Replacing the fuel rails will even-out the fuel delivery; but until someone provides a tune specific to the use of the upgraded fuel rails; this mod simply increases the already over rich drivers side; though in a very small way. I am not aware of a tune available for the upgraded fuel rails. I do hope one comes available soon.

Absolutely install the gauge port fitting and some hose, this is impossible to install after. I believe I purchased brass 1/8 x 1/8"; IPS x Barb, in both 90 deg and 45 deg, and some 1/8 in vacuum line, with clamps (has pressure under boost), or use a quality wire tie as a clamp. I also believe that the 45 deg fitting would not work, and that I used the 90; but I am not certain, so verify elsewhere. As I scroll to post this, and see the links to the fittings; it is possible that I installed separate elbow and barb adaptors, I wish I had clear recollection, but I do not.

You are likely to love this mod, truly transforms this (something) into a viable, fun, work vehicle.

Don't abuse it though. The Maggie is a sound product but I would advise you don't go crazy pushing the unit like a race car. Enjoy it and show us some pictures when done.

Any new info regarding the capacity of the stock fuel system, and running an 80mm? I thought the consensus has been that the 87mm was close to the MAX available fuel, and I have not yet found a fuel pump upgrade, available. Share what you know!!!
