The problem is, no one makes a dual-axle small camper trailer.

After my dad's single axle camper blew a tire, he keeps saying he'll never have less than two axles... It was a near miracle he was able to get over to the shoulder with the way it was pulling into the next lane.

Because it cost less to build single axle trailers.

Glad your dad was able to save it. Single axle campers are dangerous when you have a blowout. Plus a lot people over weight them, and don’t practice safe towing.

Well out of the 196 countries in the world.... HAHA we seem to be the odd ones. The real problem is the drawings themselves are wonky and don't jive from one page to the next.

Nope, it's not AI.. in fact there's a UTube video of the person making it.. the pdf plans were supposed to be print them out and trace the patterns on the wood type of thing.. but the stated measurements and the actual measurements do not jive.

Isn’t there a few pop up’s that are still dual axle? Ours is a 2008 model.

Ah, scaling problem. They have different paper sizes overseas. Should have done PDF!

This is the only pop up we’ve seen in the campground we always go to. We’re always surrounded by big fifth wheels and super nice campers, then there’s us.

It was a PDF, and sized for A4 paper, with no scaling needed.. just literally print. But one line that's supposed to be 110mm is only 98mm and another that's supposed to be 326mm is only 320.. so the "off-ness" isn't regular .. and it's all good because we all know I'm going to build something way cooler anyways.

That’s nice! We had a small Jayco pop up camper growing up, when the floor rotted out of the first one dad found another one to use for camping and made a trailer out of the first one.

Maybe it’s not millimeter, maybe it’s metric :anonymous:

It's far more likely it has something to do with the solar flares and the full moon. However, I suppose it could have something to do with global thermonuclear warfare and those effects on third world countries and those effects on the price of rice in China along with those effects on a metric tape measure that was shipped through Kuala Lumpur on the 5th of June. It was probably run over by the whole convoy.
