    Afternoon all:

    When will I learn!
Just got done running a tank of gas through the string trimmer which takes about 45min., the sweat is pouring out of me. Guess it's time to set the alarm for daybreak when it's a little cooler, I probably have around 3 more hours of trimming to do.

Just looked at AccuWeather, it's currently 84deg. with real feel of 102deg., no wonder I'm sweating!

That's funny... especially the part about me asking for advice. You kids might need to reread for comprehension. Some people's kids...

    More over, Bewmers.

It’s 2025. Time to make room for the Gen Xers. That’s right, there’s a new breed in town.

We’re young, fit, and full of piss and vinegar.

Were the first gen mountain bikers and still riding today.

We say no to e-bikes and doom scrolling.

We refuse to wear glasses and require a magnifying glass to read the instructions.

We can smell retirement and hope it’s not burned before we get to the table.

We post stupid stuff due to post ride euphoria.

    Not 60 till Monday.

And yes, don't tell anybody I have a Tundra. It's a mistake some of us have made. For now, I must live with it.

Already back home, before your post...
However, I will be back in a few days and will relay your "hi".
Jason diagnosed, rather quickly, that my front axle bearing was shot... as it wiggled too much. That is why gear oil was getting past the seal. He had me order the replacement clamshell bushing (driver's side) from East Coast Gear Supply (ECGS). Along with a new seal, of course: $82 + shipping & tax = $109.56
He said the bushing was the preferred replacement over new bearings.
Jason said he has done "hundreds" of these, has the special tools, and should take less than two hours.
What a guy... we TWers in San Diego County are lucky to have Speed Freek to 'save the day'!

So you went tool shopping. You can never have too many tools.

Went walking at 8:15 last night. Still 83° and humid. Took a shower when we got home. The Dog Days started early this year.

Welcome to the thread. Fresh young legs to do the trimming with the 20in push mower. Be sure to fill up the cooler with the beverage of your choice. I do not know much about Tundras but if they are built like my 2 toyotas it is not a bad choice for a larger pick up.

Good Morning. Off to our local farmers market for some veggies and a cantaloupe in an hour or so. Salmon for dinner tonight, hoping to pick up some asparagus, zucchini, and squash to make up a kabob or two. Asparagus on the side. I also want to make a Greek salad on Monday or Tuesday.
