I don't need the money ATM, but I feel like one of these days if I don't move it out of that acct I'm gonna forget entirely.

You could roll it over into a traditional IRA and keep that money growing as pre-tax

I can't find a way to do that out of this acct, everything says I'll have to take it as regular income to gain access to it

I’m not well-versed to say for sure but I’m pretty sure it should always be an option, regardless of the 401k service provider. The transfer might have to be initiated from the new IRA side not the 401k side, that’s how i had to roll over my HSA which is pre tax as well. Bet your cousin would know the specifics better.

Roll it over if you can to avoid taxation.

You should also reach out to HR at those companies and figure out how to roll them over into a traditional IRA that you have direct access and control over. Even if its only like $5k combined, that's like $100k in 40 years

Isn't that the 'secret recipe' for some brands?

Listen to this one if you get a chance at some point today, the story about a guy working at the Bumblebee Tuna factory who was trying to perform maintenance on one of their massive industrial tuna ovens when another employee turned it on with him inside. No one knew he was missing until hours later. Let's just say dolphin isn't the only thing you had to worry about being mixed in with your tuna that day

It's good, the family got a massive settlement out of it iirc. I was never big on tuna before and even less so now. I think you have to click on the Spotify icon there at the top to play it through Spotify instead of just hitting the play button.

my old individual bank account before my wife and I finally started a joint one 5 or 6 months ago. I keep forgetting there's money in it, not a whole lot since I nearly drained it all on our house down payment. But I feel like since it's just sitting there I should put it into a higher yield savings account at least. Chase gives me like 5 cents a year on it lol. Maybe not even that.

That's some real shit dude, skin falling right off

It's nasty when you see it happen - it's like a wet sticker sliding off a slippery surface

the forbidden Halloween mask, yes unfortunately I do

reminds me, this was a story today from Victorville (which totally makes sense because it's Victorville)

Teddy Bear Purportedly Wrapped In Human Skin Found At Victorville Gas Station

Cops swarmed a local gas station there after someone found what looked like a doll wrapped by sewn together patches of human skin and for a minute everyone freaked out thinking some nutjob killer was on the loose, turned out it was just some local artist doing a prank

    shit was freaky looking though

he's got an Etsy store apparently, I bet all the horror and goth kids are placing orders like crazy now. Nice publicity stunt assuming he doesn't get charged for all the commotion he caused lol.
