I seem to recall the last AC being around 5K before this one.
What I enjoy recalling is when SEER ratings were 8.

Was it inappropropriate or political? I've posted plenty of inappropriate memes :anonymous:

In any case, came here to ask a masonary question.. Looks like the Mason Threads been dead for a few years.
Next house to sell is the old Victorian built in the later 1890's. It has a field stone foundation with a few rows of brick and some need repointing. I've heard using the wrong type of mortar can be damaging since the bricks are so old.

Anyone have a recommendation on what type of mortar to use?

    As always :hattip:

The only thing I seem to remember form my This Old House years is if you use really hard mortar, it will fail. You want mortar that has some give to it to move with the structure. What that kind is, I couldn't tell you.

I will say I loved my two stage screw design on my old one. It was still going strong. It was the Freon, leaks and internal parts (other than capacitors).

I really like the job my wife does on my hair but she hates doing it. So I go to a place that puts a hot towel on your face when they wash your hair then give you a shoulder massage.
