Recently bought a 2000 Tacoma prerunner 2.7l. It has a misfire on cylinder 1 and rough idle but it only happens after it has been running for about 45 minutes then I shut it off and turn it back on. I already changed my spark plugs and wires (abt a week or so ago) and it stopped for a little while but it’s doing again what are some other likely
    culprits

Coil would be more likely the culprit than a spark plug

New does not neccesarily mean good. Move #1 wire and see if the problem follows, then move the #1 coil and see if the problem follows, then move the #1 plug and see if the problem follows.

I have had more problems with coils over the years.

"they aren't made like they used to be"... Meaning Amazon and other marketplaces are saturated with failed quality controlled units and 2nds/3rds

Probably should have mentioned this in the original post but all the coils have been changed as well.

    Intake, exhaust, lift. Typical stuff.
Blown head gasket. Get your oil checked for coolant (also look for white/blue smoke from exhaust).

Dirty / clogged injectors would be guess #2.
