    I miss the barn owl. We had one, but then people built houses.

    Probably just moved further into the woods. But my app has been picking up a barred owl this year several times. :fingerscrossed:





    We did legs today. We'll do arms on Thursday. Slowly getting back into the routine and making sure I don't go too hard too fast. :oops:

    I hate running too but I need to get my VO2Max up so my blood pressure will go down and I can stop taking the drugs for good
    Also my dog loves running
    And I actually feel a fuck ton better when I am done
    I still hate it tho so sometimes I smoke weed before I go so I just zone out and watch the trees go by

    Health is an awfully motivating factor. I traded running for volleyball and yard work. Those seem to do the job. Taking stuff long term is really not fun. I hope you get there soon! :fingerscrossed:
