Been trying for 2 months to get a response, what did you say that finally got through to them? I’ve even filed a report on BBB

I didn't do anything out of the ordinary. He replied to my emails regularly. He even called me when my bumper was ready.

He used to reply pretty prompt to me I messaged him a few times about getting a custom bumper for my tundra and he stopped replying and never heard back

not defending the guy but from my experience all these fabricators or even local guys who do custom work get overwhelmed and I think they just can’t keep up with replies or get too busy or swamped etc and just forget to ever reply I know it’s a horrible business practice but these people are just human and unfortunately always a gamble when ordering anything from any fabricator. Always pay with a credit card and always expect worst case you’ll never get it and best case it will only be a few months to a year past when you expect it

The correct address depends on whether or not your bumper is ready for pickup. :)

My bumpers been ready for 3 weeks. Joe called just after I left for a road trip. I’ve called and emailed a dozen times since then trying to schedule a time to pickup. Even before that Joe had emailed me 2 or 3 times about getting it powder coated, etc. all the way back in April. I was tired of putting plans on hold because of this bumper.

I drove by the Lyon st address today, and 2 workers opened the door and gave me my bumper. I’m missing some hardware for mounting the swing out and the latch.

The two workers there were very helpful and I am grateful to them for tolerating my unannounced visit. They both promised to ship the hardware when they got it. We’ll see.
