Did a quick search on Google but everything i find is for the 2nd generation. I was able to locate the blower and the plug was burnt.

I see two plugs. The white plug is burnt and the Grey plug appears to be fine.

How difficult is it to replace the harness? Should I also replace the blower while im under there?

    It's not hard to replace.
    A cheap $5 set of wire stripper/crimpers and 5mins.
Ideally, soldering the connection is better. But 90% of people crimp it and go.

As for replacing the blower motor. You won't know unless you get under there and look at the connection where it plugs in.
If it looks like the connector in the picture, you might as well replace it.
Or at least try to get that black oxidation off the terminals. If that's the route you choose, be careful not to make the pin fitment loose. (removing too much material from the terminals)

If it was mine I would replace connector and fan motor. JMHO

Normally I'd go this route but it has over 200k miles and I plan on getting rid of it within the next 12 months. Just need to get by

So basically cut old connector off and splice new one on?

I’d replace both. Was anything wet? Did the blower look okay? Is the blower faulty & cause that? Was this out of the blue?

A short circuit within the motor's windings will cause a large amount of current to flow, generating excessive heat and potentially causing the connector to melt, this is why I suggest to always replace the fan motor when a connector is overheated.
