I'm going into the Pacific Ocean tomorrow for the first time on my kayak. excited for sure. but for the past week, I've been running recipes thru my head. stuff from my past. mostly Chinese dishes since..well, my parents immigrated from there.

gah..I want to catch rockfish badly! but I am excited to make the dishes.

I already cleared and made a giant (over ambitious) hole in my freezer. my wife, "how much fish to you expect to catch??!!".

    (tossing the frozen veggies....)

I vowed not to pan fry any in butter, or deep fry any from this batch. hahahha... no blacken, cajuned, or capered dishes. :D. going old school.. hahah. at least I'll try. butter, white wine, come capers is pretty dope.

Don't know if there's a question somewhere in this post, but the answer is obviously YES either way. :hungry:
