Getting into the retro console scene, hooked up the old Wii this week

 

Tell me you're gonna play some Metroid or Zelda Twilight Princess

Haven't owned a Wii in yeeeears

 

She's a good one, no daddy issues

 

I'm gonna have to get some new games, all I've got at the moment is basically the party games. That Rabid game I forget the name of, mario kart, wii sports etc, and of course the best of them all, super smash

My only disappointment is just how anemic it feels compared to a 1UZ

I drove my buddy's LS400 after I fixed it and that fucker is responsive as hell

Has some real get up and go compared to a 2UZ

 

Oddly enough I enjoyed playing House of the Dead when I'd drink

The guns offered for the Wii aren't that had actually

I've noticed the accelerator response has a different feel between the LC100 02 model and the 03 LX470. Though I'm not looking for either to be a drag racer. I'm ok with a with old style Toyota truck engines. I'll be moving the regeared transfer case from the LX470 to the LC. A buddy of mine has been converting some FJ40 to run 1UZ. I think we will drive the GX to Colorado this year.

 

Yeah the 2UZ feels really nice and smooth, just doesn't have that real in your face sort of oomph

It's why I emphasize calling it a grocery getter

 

lol we called them paper wasps, the high school I went to in TX banned them and threatened kids with suspensions it was getting so bad
