I had a few offroad helmets... but I lost a bunch of weight a few years back and when I got to the dunes my helmet was wobbling all over the place. Had to get rid of all of them they were so loose, lol. Surprised how much weight your face can lose! Not sure what brand I have now, I had to pick it up at the little rental place on the Dunes in Oregon.

XL jersey 38 pant. The helmet is XL or 2XL. I'm leaning more towards 2XL b/c if memory serves it was loose when I tried it on.

I really could have done with a L/36. I bought it a bit big just in case I wore base layers. I keep the pants sinched as much as they can with room left over :D

Now I need to go for the old 2 finger dessert and lose some weight :puke:  I need to drop about 20lbs

Every other day diet! I lost 40 plus and kept it off for multiple years. Let me know if you want more info. Pretty much eat 25% of your daily calories one day, eat whatever the next day. It's worked for a few of my coworkers that I shared it with, but a few others couldn't stick to it.

Dang! 10 pages to catch up on (tldr)…. Just liked the pix. Haha

New goggles earlier this week for the night ride. Red was all they had with a clear lense.

    IMG_0725.jpg

Pop up storm knocked the bike over in the driveway. Quick check after picking it up was a broken front brake lever. Off to buy new schtuff.

I have the scorpion, no regrets. Shields take a lot of force to get on and off when swapping them and I always feel like I'm going to break, but no regrets.

HJC has a spot for their own communicator unit. If you aren't running it then that space is just wasted. I also hate helmets with drop down sun visors, I wear glasses so they always seem to interfere and I'd rather just not have the extra weight and space needed to cram in the crap for it.

I like my stratas. They dont pinch my nose as much as my oakleys. But ive heen wearing some cheap scott ones that do so less.

Broken nose twice is not conducive to breathing being pinched

Right right. These feel small on my face. Wondering if I bought a youth size but the box doesn’t say though. MY daytime goggles are the Barstow. Dig them a lot and might have to get another pair, or at-least a clear lens.

    All good.

Click the blue Barstow (word, in my previous post) and it should take you to the link of the ones I have.

    Edit: They have several colors.

Quick disconnect. One side it just velcro and the other is a pin type deal. It allows you to take the goggles off, yet stay attached to the helmet

Phil, I think @Calamity_taco is referring to the highlight in the pic.

Ah 100%. Dont have any of theirs. Keep seeing ads for havoc but i dont want to spend that much to try them.
    The nose guard? Lol
