Keystone State Thread

Called my supervisor asking if my last stop could be my last since I'm working tomorrow. Welp the last stop turned into a nightmare and I was there for 2hrs. Didn't get home till 630. Fml my super said im so sorry dude. No worries it is what it is. I have a full schedule tomorrow let's hope for a smoother day atleast. Unlike some of these young kids I love OT. If they are willing to give it out I'm willing to take full advantage of it.
As of today I'm at 52hr for the week
In this business the summer is where you take advantage of the hours. Winter time always slows down. Take it when you can get it.

 

Exactly what I was thinking, send him home for a day ! But he's protected. We never had this issue before. Plus there was no consequences for missing OT , now there is. We shall see ...

 

Especially if it screws other guys out of it.

When I was a shift manager in retail, I would send people home if they were fucking off too much. I'd give several chances so if I had to do it, it wasn't a shock.
