What all did you do to reinforce and weld the panel back together?

I would make some fish plates out of slightly thicker material than the cab to tie the two separating pieces back together in a couple spots.

I think the center floor pan of my cab is starting to sag/collapse. Not 100% confirmed, but all of the metal around the body mounts look to be okay from the bottom so I don't think it's that. No separation on the back wall like some of ya'll, but need to investigate more.
Thinking it's mostly due to the bigass hole I cut in the floor for my dual cases. Where there used to be good clearance before, there isn't anymore and the the cab will ride on/contact the cases in certain conditions.

If that is what's causing it, my thought is to somehow add some tube bracing that spans the cab width to stiffen things up. I've been fighting "cab on case" contact for too long now...

Hm I like that idea! I could just make my own spacer pucks to lift it 1/2in or so pretty easily.

Yup. NWF case fully clocked with zero cab floor modifications needed

Think its a little late for that for @betterbuckleup though

No. if anything, maybe an unintentional 1/4" when I fabbed my driver side cross member mount.

Never been a huge fan of the resultant body and bumper gap, but I think I could live with a 1/2-3/4" lift. I just really don't wanna have to do any more trans tunnel sheet metal fab.
If it still contacts after a body lift over time, then I think I've got bigger issues...

The issue being that you’ve already removed all the structure from the floor pan. The body lift will help with the contact issue short term but you’ll probably still need to reinforce the floor somehow to keep it from continuing to sag.
