It sucks but I think it's the right decision. I see on here all the time "Buy it back, build a toy, etc etc" but man that is so much work and money.

 

Its not worth it. I’ve watched so many of you guys build a toy and then end up getting rid of it when the practicality becomes zero

 

That's a fair decision and one I'd also probably make.

 

Plus i found that extra frame damage near the fuel tank that really stumped my spirits but confirmed it was the right decision to let the truck go

 

can i drive there and hang out while we swap your v6 and wiring and computers into my reg cab? i'll donate my 4cyl and also help with your new build + cash......

 

Not if i want to keep the motor lol….

I still may sell it, but only if I absolutely have to. I’m not at that point yet.

Thats what i’m telling myself

its so hard to see and i have bad luck with fuel shut offs at the gas pump. I’ve had fuel over flow so many times its ridiculous. That probably flushed off all the fluid film every time it happened

 

Ya plus newer truck less miles and new direction you can do this time so sometimes new isn't a bad thing!
