But as soon as I realized it was going south - when I got ordered out of the car for a speeding ticket and saw the K9 Plate
I shut my fucking mouth and watched everything
When I got home, I wrote it all down - pen/paper shit -
Then I got a lawyer and told him everything

The tried to avoid giving up the tapes for about 6 mo
Someone, whose signature was necessary, was always on holiday



I have a good friend who is LE
He said, don't ever fucking talk to the cops [past yes sir/no sir kinda stuff]

 

The good old sheriff's department got me...
But, they were kind enough to take me to the bank, in handcuffs, to get my bail money so there's that . . .

The police had me in cuffs one other time - a DUI charge I also beat -

It is a funny ass story, now . . .



Then it was not funny
And for 6 months I didn't have a DL - just a piece of paper from the police saying I was so/n/so and was charged with some weed shit - this was my fucking ID
Try buying cigarettes with that shit

Here is the funny thing
The only charge that stuck was the one I didn't get arrested for...

The cop wanted to search me, I just consented b/c I didn't want to fight
He found a weed pipe but because I was cool with him, he just made me walk back to his truck and get a DAT ticket [desk appearance ticket]
That means you gotta show up in court or you're gonna be in real trouble, but no handcuffs, no jail that time

I could have gotten it expunged but they didn't offer the remediation class within 100 miles of me so . . . now it's gonna cost me 500$
[to get it removed from my permanent record LoL]
