Hello all, I've searched the net and on here, why would Toyota not put a grab handle on the A pillar or handle above us ??? How many have you done??? Of course I've seen the pillar saying air bag on it, but can we do anyway?

Welcome to another issue with your Tacoma… funny thing is that 4th generers are just now discovering that they have the same issue with their trucks also!

Lots of people had issues dealing with KTJO and her driver’s side grab handle, but I found it simple to mount and blended in very nicely.

I had no issues with KTJO, or with the handle. I use it all the time and it is holding up just fine.

I have a ktjo handle. It’s nice to have. The post purchase wait and antics were incredible.

I have had my KTJO grabhandle since preproduction, and it has been doing great. Only issue I have is the upper flap now sometimes drops open during hot days. The plastic flap tab on the inside is all soft, but I may be able to reinforce it with some steel mesh or something. For now I has double sided adhesive keeping it in place.
