Yuuup but I can say I had a fun test ride lmao. I will say and both me and the gf agree we are going to give it a month or two before we buy something again... After this dealer BS we are just tired and don't wanna stress over this shit again..
Haha that could be an option they are cheap!

Agreed and I've found some good deals on other tracers out there.
Another 22 in red with 5k miles for 7500 but bone stock.

And a 24 fully modded out the ass with 2k miles for 12,500. So good deals on those

And agreed other good prices I can find on other bikes but both me and the gf agree to just well do nothing for a month or two and enjoy the dual sports until we find another bike for me/us.

I'd say prob not... If I get my money it's going to be a clean walk away I'd rather not have repercussions because of a review on a dealer that was a shady.

Haha that's not a bad deal on one decently modified. I will say hopefully it has the og screen! Doing that ride back without the og screen would be awful!

I was told by the gf thou if I want more of an adventure bike I can get one as long as it's comfy for her when we do trips. She loved the tracer as much as I did but if there is something I would like more then go that route.

I don't remember, did you trade the bolt in on it, too? Or sell it outright?

Traded. They are giving me the trade value plus the other stuff I paid on the tracer since the bolt is gone.

Tad more they are like 1500 they are pricey! But idk why anyone would want that look instead of keeping it all tucked below the bike?

Seriously! I don't understand how some places stay in business when it's clear they have zero "people skills". In the world of social media reviews, how do they think they are coming out ahead by treating customers so poorly? Would definitely be leaving an honest (and scathing) review on multiple review sites because... eff 'em.

i agree with this but at the same time i dont. maybe after the dust settles ill put something but at the same time if i get my money back and its a clean break... ill call it sorta even... yes a lot of time was wasted a lot of headaches and so on... i personally hate conflict especially when it has to deal with money/vehicles so ill just walk away and never come back to this place.

At the end of the day, if you feel you were fairly treated and got all of your money back, that's what matters. You'll have had a nice 2 month trial run on a nice bike that might lead you to buy another one. I'm kind of like you , I don't like conflict unless there is no other option. I'd probably let the dust settle for a few months and move on. Down the road if you still feel the need to give a bad review that option still exists.

agreed and thats how i see it. because at the end of the day they were trying to fix the title... yes they were giving me nothing in comps but they did at least try to correct the issue. so we will see after work today if everything goes according to plan.

and yes i know this issue shouldnt have happened to start with (before others say it lol) but sometimes things slip through.

the big issue for me and why im giving the bike back is the headaches of this im tired of going to the dmv every other weekend to be told its not good.... the dealer cant verify that this will actually work this time or not. the dmv stated with so many fixes on the title the state might look at the title and reject it and request a new title to be made so its clear on the intentions. which is fair that title has so many fixes on it i wouldnt be shocked... if they go this route its going to take months and it will be a complete headache yes the dealer will have to do it but id be part of it. so for those wondering why minus all the other massive red flags! this is one of the main reasons.

I get real petty when my money is involved. For all the trouble, I would expect more than just my money back. They made money selling your Bolt, so they should give you that money too.

I got to wear my knockoff jacket this morning. It was very comfortable while moving. I think it will serve me well enough. It doesn't feel like it's a super cheap jacket. Not the greatest by any means.......but will do the job.
