    Yeh it's got a better chance of boiling than freezing down here.

    On a totally unrelated note, we have eye wash stations all over the place at every facility across the space center. My safety guy yesterday told me OSHA says it's acceptable for that water to be 100degrees F max for use:eek:. So when it's a 108 heat index, they have to put up canopys over top these outdoor stations in case they get used.

    :rofl::rofl:

    They put a new heat pump in my boss man's office a couple years ago. Yesterday he had his doors open, I ask him why. He said his air wasn't working. The unit is above his office so I went and looked at it. The pan was slap full of water. I pumped some into the pump and it sent it out, so I got enough out to make it come back on.

    About that time the 2 guys showed up to work on it, told them what I done they checked some stuff and said they couldn't figure anything out about it.

    They are back :popcorn:

    Did you unplug the drain line?

    If the pan is full of water, the float switch trips and shuts down the unit.

    I pumped enough water out of it to get it away from the float switch. I quit messing with it when it came back on and then the guys showed up to look at it.

    For some reason the pan was full, the pump was empty. Not sure why the water went into the pan and not the pump. Pump worked fine when I pumped water into it.

    Are you using the MM250 to glue these parts together?

    I watched my brother in law weld his prescription metal frames on his glasses back together with mine.

    @koditten Check this out. They looked at it again today cause the pan had more water in it. Their fix, put a cup under the overflow :facepalm:

    That tells me the drain going to the pump is clogged and the overflow is doing it's job, I would think. The cup has about 2" of water in it.
