The Merlin bird ID app is a banger for that kind of silly stuff if you didn’t know. Would have never known the weird birds bothering me where curlews with out it!

Nice, I've been watching Dave's channel recently. I wasn't a Motortrend watcher so I only learned about him when he cameo'd on Grind Hard. Seems like a real cool guy, just stoked for anything with wheels, the cheaper the better.

 

Yeah, he's a super nice dude, see him around town a lot. Lives like 15mins north of me and works like 5 mins from my house. His little D50 and the Mustang II are funny to see cruising around. He's been to cars and coffee a couple times, just a nice dude with a passion for wheeling and making stuff.

 

@Kwikvette finally got around to doing something with my sourdough starter.

Its pretty good. I've been feeding my starter with a 50/50 mix of rye flower and bread flower since I got it and then for the bread dough itself I did 1 part rye and 4 parts bread flower and I'm very happy with the way it came out. I just want to dunk it in butter and eat the entire loaf

 

Come on down I'll even bake some ribs from your local butcher shop if you bring them haha

Overpriced cheesecake can be found all over the place. I also had a neighbor who made it fresh all the time so I got spoiled. My ain't also makes amazing cheese cake but good ribs that fall off the bone (especially when you haven't had much for lunch) is a bit harder to find

 

Man, too bad you couldn't have my FIL's ribs.

He was big into smoking all his foods, hell he went all out on what was supposed to be a simple Thanksgiving camping trip to Malibu.





Ribs done the right way is really hard to find, and everything he made was delicious.

 

I'd be all over that
